What’s the job?
- Leading an operations Global Bank Transfer team (6 team members) who operates our banking infrastructure around the world, process outgoing transactions, handle exceptions and monitor this operations.
- Managing the team including achieving the operations objectives, meeting the SLAs and improving operational effectiveness.
- Working closely with operations Global Bank Transfers teams in global hubs – as a professional focal point.
- Managing workload between the team members and global hubs, and monitoring day to day work.
- Managing relationships and procedures with providers and banks around the world
- Handling exceptions, building workflows with new banks and providers.
- Managing the communication between the GBT department and different departments within the company in Israel and globaly
- Supporting other departments within Payoneer answering questions regarding bank transfers.

Requirements

- 2+ years’ experience in customer facing / operations roles
- 2+ years of managerial experience
- Degree graduated
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Organize, expiration with working under pressure
- Independent
- Excellent English and Hebrew
