What will you actually be doing?

- Lead the development effort of WalkMe’s core product infrastructure which includes our Electron-based editor application, multiple browser extensions, local agents and client deployment using installers.
- Guide team development efforts to ensure successful task delivery in order to answer the business needs both in the short and in the long term.
- Provide technical leadership by coaching and mentoring team members.
- Collaborate with other departments, software developers and architects to plan, design, develop, test, maintain and deliver code and infrastructure.


- At least 6 years of programming experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership position.
- Proficient in JavaScript - ES5 and ES6 on both browser and node JS environments.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and the ability to manage software development processes.
- Ability to take initiative and find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.
- Technical - both high level and hands-on.
- Comprehensive understanding of development techniques, theories, architecture and tools (such as CI/CD).
- Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders.
- Exceptionally good at debugging, performance profiling and optimization.
- Experience with developing electron applications or browser extensions - advantage.
- Experience with .Net Core development - advantage.
- Experience with C++ development - advantage.
