The Autopilot group is leading the company’s vision of becoming the WorkOS of the organization by connecting all of the organization’s information into one place and empowering them to build their own products and workflows on top of it.
The Autopilot group is in charge of 3 strategic vectors:
1. No-code Automation and Integrations—We Supercharge each team with the capabilities to automate any workflow and use case across every tool used in the organization. Our automation and integration products have already saved over 1 billion manual actions, and they’re growing faster than ever.
2. Low-code Apps framework—The app's framework is a key enabler for monday.com’s WorkOS, which allows developers to build new solutions and products on top of monday and monetize them. It is the foundation of our Apps Marketplace and one of our core strategic efforts for the company’s growth.
3. Strategic tech partnerships - The company is positioned as the market leader, and as such, we’re building the most advanced integrated solutions with strategic partners, such as Google, Amazon, and more, to deliver a meaningful experience and value to our shared customers. This is also one of the company’s future growth engines.
The strategic vectors the group is leading have grown exponentially in the past year and are considered the company’s most growing area. This poses a double challenge and opportunity: scaling an existing ecosystem and defining the vision and strategy for its next phase while introducing new and exciting products.
About The Role:
- Work with a group of experienced and highly talented developers in a CI/CD environment with cutting edge technologies.
- Work closely with Product and Design, taking full responsibility and ownership from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

monday.com is looking for a full stack developer to build new features and directly impact the future of our product from UI to database. You’ll join our Autopilot group based in our headquarters, Tel Aviv, Israel.

REQUIREMENTS
- Strong technical skills and a passion for developing features end-to-end (client and server).
- Experience building a web application from scratch.
- Understanding of product and a passion for building software that provides a great experience.
- Team player, strong communication skills, and empathetic.
- Degree in Computer Science (not a must; we're always looking for super talented people).
