What You’ll Do:

- Take significant ownership of the frontend systems used by the company and creatives which are distributed to a massive number of users every second.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, encouraging the team to generate new ideas and approaches. Sharing is a key cornerstone for us!
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology and user requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to our challenges.
- Identify and address technical challenges that arise during the development process. Implement creative solutions that balance technological requirements with user-friendly experiences.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, refining processes and methodologies. Encourage a culture of innovation and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

REQUIREMENTS

- 5+ years in Frontend web development
- Experience with Javascript, Typescript & React
- Experience with reviewing pull requests from colleagues and improving their technical capabilities
- Familiar with modern and commonly used software design and architectural patterns - such as micro frontends
- Front-End unit testing - Bonus
