Namogoo is looking for a Front-Desk Admin to oversee daily office operations and support our team. You will be our responsible for facility related needs, including operational services, vendor coordination and general workplace support. This is an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact as you'll play a critical role in ensuring and maintaining a well-organized work environment.

What You'll Do
- Responsibility for a variety of administrative tasks related to Operations, Finance, Facilities and HR
- Interface with and coordinate activities between various departments and outside parties
- Be responsible for a pleasant candidate and visitor experience
- Interface effectively with all vendors and suppliers
- Responsibility for groceries, office supplies and all deliveries to the office
- Vendor coordination for employee needs
- Welcoming and on-boarding new employees


- 1+ years of experience in a facilities or administrative role
- Friendly, positive and excellent communicator who is able to work effectively across the organization and with visitors and candidates
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and demanding environment
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Office, Gsuite and calendar management
- Highly organized with attention to details and an outstanding work ethic
