Description
· Design and implantation of flight control loops
· Definition of control loops performance requirements
· Implementation of a 6 degrees-of-freedom simulation model for analysis
· Design of flight control loops according to performance requirements
· Implementation of control loops in a Real-Time Embedded environment
· Flight testing and flight data analysis
· Analysis and documentation of flight control loops and logics
· Cooperative work with flight test, aerodynamics, aero-mechanical and integration teams
Requirements
· Degree in Aerospace engineering or Mechanical engineering
· Minimum two years of experience in design and implementation of flight control loops
· Excellent understanding of flight dynamics
· Familiarity with aerodynamic models
· Experience with MATLAB/Simulink environment
· Experience in design and implementation of 6 Degrees-of-Freedom simulations – significant advantage
· C/C++ coding experience - significant advantage
· Real-Time embedded coding experience - advantage
