Description

WalkMe is in search of a Financial Systems Specialist (Netsuite) to join our Information Systems team.

The ideal candidate has a background in implementing and integrating lead Finance/ERP SaaS applications. As a BSA, you will tackle challenges, problem solve and be proactive. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn our large application portfolio; NetSuite, Expensify, Adaptive Planning, Avalara, Pyango and other market leading SaaS application providers. The role requires in-depth knowledge of NetSuite administration, configurations, SuiteScripts (A PLUS) and financial process setup and management.

What will you actually be doing?
- Work closely with the Finance Management Team to design and build new processes within NetSuite and other related systems.
- Create and edit saved searches, reports, workflows, KPIs, forms, etc.
- Ensure that all new processes and initiatives on other platforms are being captured within NetSuite.
- Initiate system changes and enhancements based on changing operational and business needs.
- Responsible for the integration between financial (or related) applications and ability to determine user information needs for financial dashboards.
- Implement and support our Travel and Expense reports.
- Ensure Salesforce Billing processes/workflow are compliant with the accounting and RevRec processes.
- Evaluate NetSuite modules making appropriate recommendations.
- Perform unit integration tests and reviews to ensure data quality and reliability.
- Frontline technical support for NetSuite and any other financial systems.

Requirements

What should you bring to the table?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, CPA is a +
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience designing, configuring, and testing NetSuite, Oracle Financials, SAP Microsoft Dynamics or Workday applications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager leading all aspects of ERP design and implementation
- Salesforce admin experience- Advantage
- Financials experience, including General Ledger, Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Reporting/Analytics
- Financial planning system implementation (Adaptive Planning, PBCS, Anaplan etc..)
- Experience with other financial related applications
