AllCloud, a leading global cloud solutions provider with expertise across the cloud stack, is seeking a divisional controller to lead the financial controlling activities of the company’s largest division. The Platforms Division encompasses all of the company’s cloud infrastructure activities (IaaS and PaaS), including but not limited to our professional services, managed services, and resale of Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute monthly, quarterly, & annual financial close processes and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial statements for each period
- Plan, direct and coordinate the division’s accounting operations, working closely with management, key functions, and external business partners
- Manage accounting functions supporting the division’s finance activities
- Responsible for revenue recognition and other accounting transactions in accordance with IFRS
- Ensure strong internal controls and financial governance
- Lead and coordinate the division’s financial statement audit
- Manage tax compliance and current and annual reporting activities to ensure timely and accurate filings
- Supervision of outside accounting firms that provide accounting services to our EMEA Platform division entities


- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
- CPA license required (active)
- Minimum of 3 years of Big 4 auditing experience
- Minimum of 4 years of general accounting management experience
- Minimum of 4 years of international accounting experience
- Can display strong process knowledge & process improvement experience
- Working knowledge of transfer pricing, property tax, sales tax, and value-added tax
- High integrity team player with a strong work ethic
- Good systems knowledge
- High level of attention to detail
- Solid accounting knowledge (including consolidations, inter-company transactions and allocations, international
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel and NetSuite (or similar ERP)
- Must be able to work quickly, accurately, and be detail-oriented and organized
- Solid interpersonal communication skills (both written and oral)
- Self-motivated, high energy problem solver and ability to learn and introduce new concepts
- Team player and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment – must be able to work with operations, development and sales groups
