The Pagaya team is comprised of over 100 professionals in New York and Tel Aviv with expertise in artificial intelligence, data rich alternative assets and asset management. The team manages over $1.8 billion in assets on behalf of institutional investors around the world.

Pagaya just completed its Series D financing of over $100M led by a prominent sovereign wealth fund.

Key Responsibilities

- Create periodical control and compliance reports on time and on quality deliveries
- NAV calculations and reconciliations
- Create and present professional reports and investment management recommendations to executive management
- Daily management of cash and trades processes of Pagaya’s financial instruments
- Create additional on demand reports for Pagaya’s business teams by means of python coding running on big data sets
- Design and execute improvement of processes by implementing changes and automation
- Learn and understand the business and suggest improvements
- Support ongoing data analysis requests by means of python coding running on big data sets

Requirements

- Accredited accountant (min. 2 years) – preferably in a big financial institution or in a control position in consulting company
- Experience calculating NAV and running reconciliation processes
- Experience writing and presenting financial reports
- Experience learning new subjects and applying coded automation to improve processes
- Very high level of English (verbal and written)
- Understanding of finances terms and financial markets
- Details oriented and meticulous
- Capable of self management and delivery on time and on quality
- Friendly, cooperative and willing to learn and teach

Advantage
- Team leader experience
- Experience in international accounting or consulting firm
- Experience with compliance processes and USA financial regulations
- Knowledge of general compliance terms and accounting standards (such as SOC2, AIMR reporting standards)
- Experience coding in Python
