Dedicated to opening access to higher education globally, UoPeople is designed to help qualified high school graduates overcome financial, geographic, political, and personal constraints keeping them from collegiate studies.

Reporting to the Student Services Director, the Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing and validating various processes for students and applicants according to University Policy and accreditation standards.

We are looking for someone that will review and evaluate payments, refunds and transactions; review and update records via CRM database and communicate (via email) with officers from other departments regarding applicants and students processing fees related matters.


• Bachelor’s degree
• English comprehension and writing proficiency
• Experience working in an academic environment (advantage)
• Experience with CRM software (advantage)
• Experience in the world of payments, banking and/or finance (advantage)
