Highcon is looking for a Field Support Engineer to join our global customer support team, covering all post-sale customer technical support around the world and back up for our regional field support engineers


- Remote and on-site technical support for Highcon customers
- New machines installations including customer training & maintenance training
- Field upgrades installation
- Work with our NPI, Engineering and R&D teams on needed developments (FSE only)
- Install base performance analysis
- Technical escalation management


- >4 years’ experience from multidisciplinary capital equipment companies - an advantage
- Proven successful record in customer support/customer success position - an advantage
- BSc in mechanical/electrical engineering from a known recognized institute
- Background from the print industry – an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - must
- Excellent social skills and service orientation
- Availability for travels ~40% of the time
- Ability to work in flexible time zones at times (America, Asia)
