Description

The experienced Field Marketing Manager will be crafting a five-star marketing plan for the EMEA region including integrated multi-channel campaigns to effectively meet or exceed the regional field marketing targets, accelerate the sales pipeline and generate overall business growth and awareness in the market. This new Field Marketing rock star will manage the overall lead generation process from planning and execution to monitoring and analysis of the whole portfolio of marketing activities, such as Events, Webinars, Telemarketing, Content Syndication, ABM, etc., manage, create and maintain all local marketing content for the region, manage local customer programs as well as PR activities.

Reporting to the Director of Global Marketing and based in Israel, the Field Marketing Manager EMEA will work together with our Sales leaders located across the region and worldwide, and all global Marketing functions as part of our constantly growing global Marketing organization.

This is an ideal position for an organized and experienced self-starter with B2B tech background and a pure can -do attitude, who is willing to work in a global team and infuse marketing campaigns with his/her energy and intellect!

Requirements

- 3+ years of robust Marketing experience in B2B (ideally enterprise software)
- Regional Field Marketing Rock-Star with track record of integrated, multi-channel lead and demand generation strategy and execution within the high-tech environment
- Recognized qualification (Bachelor, Master, MBA, Diploma) in Marketing or Business
- Organized self-starter with clear goal-orientation and the ability to zoom-in and out from high-level plan to in-depth detail and manage several projects simultaneously
- Proven experience in managing regional marketing budget most effectively
- Highly collaborative, excellent written and verbal communication skills strong intercultural competence and experience working in a global organization
- Robust knowledge of CRM systems (SFDC preferred), familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred) and lead scoring.
- A willingness to travel across the EMEA region as required
- Fluent in English , other languages are an advantage
- Good understanding of technology market preferred
