Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement and execute the go-to-market plans and supporting integrated marketing communication campaigns to drive interest and advance prospects through the NAM regional sales funnel.
- Align marketing program strategy with region needs on an annual/ quarterly/monthly cycle
- Set strategy, plan and run regional campaigns and events (with support from corporate marketing team and in coordination with Sales teams)
- Online Lead generation consistent with regional sales capacity
- Measure and track online/offline events performance

Targets
- Meeting Leads goals set with Sales for in- field activities (Quarterly)
- Meeting overall region marketing targets (Quarterly)
- Meeting region revenue targets (Quarterly)

Interfaces
- Corporate Marketing Team (In HQ)
- regional Sales managers
- Product management
- Cross company management

* Travel required

Requirements

- B2B/B2E Marketing programs experience (at least 3 years)
- Field marketing go-to-market planning and execution experience
- Strong interface with Sales and Partners
- Analytical skills (planning, measuring, and analyzing marketing program results)
- Marketing automation and salesforce experience (Marketo – Major advantage)
- Experience working with remote peers/managers – advantage
- High level of English
