Description

Gett is looking for an Executive Operations Assistant for our Chief Technology Officer. We are looking for a highly motivated, creative individual to provide general administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. It’s an international role with exposure to amazing people and cultures worldwide based in Tel Aviv.

What will be your days filled with?

Lots of interesting and challenging work, learning, and communicating with people. Acting as a right hand to the CTO, your responsibilities will be highly dynamic and include a variety of things. Some you may have already mastered, others not yet 🙂 Either way, you will improve your skills and learn from the best minds. Equally, you will always know how your day-to-day work contributes to our mission and the bigger picture.

Responsibilities:

* Organize and manage team meetings, offsites and training.
* Manage day-to-day office procedures and logistics, helping employees and management worldwide.
* Support the execution of tasks and/or projects and monitoring progress.
* Data collection and information materials management.
* Create high level presentations, data analysis and engaging polls.
* Proactively recommend improvements and initiatives, ensuring a smooth and effective business
environment.
* Manage expenses and invoices.
* Manage calendar, appointments and events.
* Create Excel sheets, work with Google calendar and other office tools.

**Full-time job, one day at our office (flexibility is needed), Ramat Hahayal, Tel Aviv, the rest from home.

Requirements

* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
* BA graduate with outstanding performance.
* Great tech capability (Word, Excel, PPT, Google Drive, Gmail, etc).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both Hebrew and English).
* A people person with high communication skills and passion for helping others while providing an
outstanding level of service.
* Creative, details-oriented, goal-driven and problem solver with the ability to own projects end to end.
* Ability to prioritize changing requirements and work in a dynamic environment and under pressure.
