Join our FinTech rocket ship. We’re working on some really exciting stuff in the cross-border space and would love you to join.
- Coordinate and driving a list of key decisions for  CEO / COO / CFO daily, around; key KPI’s, deadlines and reminders, travel reimbursements, invitations, professional travel, agenda setting, office procurement, vendor payments
- Manage calendar, e-mail & diaries of CEO and key staff - acting as a gatekeeper against any waste of time
- Create Canva / PowerPoint presentations for leadership
- Weekly business development assistance for industry events, LinkedIN and e-mail marketing campaigns
- Assist CEO with administrative duties around US expansion
- Assist with needs of local and international visiting guests
- General administrative support to employees
- Co-ordinate both local and international travel
- Design comfortable, beautiful, delicious and motivated office
- Ensure offices run like well oiled machine, tidy and vibrant
- Build a black belt interviewing, recruiting experience
- Welcome new employees with a rich onboarding experience


- Minimum 1-2 year administrative or executive assistant experience
- Operational and detail-obsessiveness
- Extrovert, people person with passion for community building
- Excitement to perform supporting sales and biz dev tasks
- Humility - no task too big or too small mentality
- Creative, resourceful, and gets things done, fast
- Youve always taken on more than the official job description.
- You have a way of making things happen even if it seems impossible
- Native English - we are a multicultural team and English is our day to day language.
- Working week is Monday to Friday (Shabbat Early Finish)
