Kornit Digital, a leading-edge company that develops, manufactures, and markets state-of-the-art sustainable manufacturing solutions for the textile, garment and fashion industries, is looking for Personal Assistant to CEO

Reports to: CEO Chief of staff
Location: Rosh A’ayin

What will you do?

- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO
- Provide high level administrative and logistical support to executive members
- Manage the executive's complex schedule while prioritizing meetings and activities independently
- Organizational and CEO Calendar Management – Manage, schedule and coordinate meetings
- Manage all aspects of organization’s office services
- Manage the administrative team and receptions
- Work closely with all Division’s Personal Assistants
- Act as a liaison and provide support to the Board of Directors. Arrange and handle all logistics for Board meetings and events
- Work with a variety of global interfaces
- Book and coordinate complex global travel arrangements
- Attend meetings, summarize, disseminate summaries, and follow up on open tasks
- Budget management
- Submit and track invoices and follow up with suppliers as needed

Requirements

What should you have?

- At least 8 years of experience as a personal assistant
- Experience as personal assistant to CEO
- Service-oriented, with a can-do and proactive approach
- Attention to details and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication
- Ability to work independently
- Can discreetly handle sensitive and confidential information
- English - high professional level
- Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solution
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
