Description

OurCrowd is looking to recruit an Executive Assistant as a maternity leave replacement, to perform a variety of administrative tasks to support OurCrowd’s CEO.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule CEO's overseas travel – flights, hotels, cars, phone plans, drivers, cash.
- Coordinate CEO's day-to-day schedule outside of Israel including meetings, events, conferences, phone calls speaking engagements.
- Manage CEO's overseas expense reports.
- Manage CEO's expense reports and business cards.
- Backup for front desk.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Must be able to complete office hours from 10:00-19:00, Sunday to Thursday. Must be available after hours as needed.
- Organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
