Description

Executive Assistant/Financial Administrator

We are looking for a service-oriented, dedicated, highly efficient, organized individual to join our team. We are a fast growing tech company. The position is full-time from home with the need to come to the Jerusalem office as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Liaise with service providers like cleaning staff and bookkeeping.
- Coordinate payroll and ensure employee timesheets are submitted on time.
- Process monthly expenses and other basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Manage the executive’s calendar and expense reports.
- Serve as executive’s ‘right hand’.

Requirements

- At least 5 years of directly relevant experience.
- Fluent in Hebrew & English.
- Experience doing Israeli payroll and benefits, liaising with CFO/outside accountants
- Experience as a high level Executive Assistant for a C-Level executive.
- Availability outside usual business hours.
- Ability to organize busy daily workload by priority.
- Service-oriented attitude.
- Hands-on problem solver willing to dig into the details.
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
