Description

We are looking for a Personal assistant that will work closely with Liad Itzhak- Head of Here mobility, and will handle the following tasks and activities:
- Managing all SVP’s administrative matters: calendar management, booking flights, schedule meetings, coordinating conference calls etc.
- Working with other PAs abroad.
- Preparation of reports and presentations.
- Summarizing meetings and action items follow up.

Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant in a fast growing tech company.
- BA degree or equivalent, MBA- an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
- Positive approach and Can-do attitude.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
- Strong ability to self-organization and independent work.
