Comeet is a collaborative recruiting SaaS platform for the modern business world that is rapidly integrating other collaborative tools like Google Drive, Asana, Slack, and Dropbox.

RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager to join our quickly growing mid-market enterprise sales team. In this role, you will work closely with the founders and will be an integral part in elevating Comeet’s success in the Israeli market. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in creating opportunities / closing deals and will be responsible for prospecting, outreaching and developing new leads within their assigned territories. In addition, the entrepreneurial candidate will work closely with our marketing and customer success teams to ensure client needs are being met accordingly.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales and is a self-motivated, collaborative team-player.

As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will:
- Prospect new leads, provide detailed product demonstrations, negotiate and close your own deals
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quotas
- Prioritize and manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Cultivate and maintain business relationships with key decision makers
- Utilize innovative sales tactics/methodologies to perform at a high level
- Track phone calls, emails and overall activity using Salesforce
- Provide monthly forecasts on the sales pipeline

Requirements

- 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, closing deals over $25K annually 
- Ability to prospect, nurture and maintain executive level relationships 
- Experience in selling and possessing in-depth knowledge of HR Tech / ERP / is a strong advantage
- Startup experience
- Strong negotiation and closing skills 
- Experience working with SFDC, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesloft
- Proficiency in English is a must
