monday.com is looking for an Enterprise Product Marketing Team Leader, who will manage the Enterprise Product Marketing team. The team’s mission is to help define our GTM, create B2B sales tools, collateral, and programs to increase conversion rates and accelerate our enterprise sales cycle throughout our funnels. This is an amazing opportunity to lead a team that takes part of building the GTM strategy for enterprise clients and make a significant business impact.

About The Role
- Lead our Enterprise Product Marketing team
- Play a key role in defining and executing monday.com GTM strategy and messaging to enterprise clients.
- Conduct customer, market and competitive research to shape messaging, lead generation campaigns, and sales activities; as well as identify opportunities for growth.
- Create sales kits for different buyers and verticals - to enable and accelerate the enterprise sales cycle to new and existing accounts: solution sales decks, solution overview, success stories, competitive positioning, and objection handling tactics, demo.
- Support lead gen and other marketing programs and projects to support monday.com objectives
- Provide input from the market and customer base back to the product team.

Requirements

- At least 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise product marketing Team Leader including HO experience.
- 5+ years of B2B Saas product/solution marketing experience in enterprise software companies
- Proven outstanding abilities to translate customer needs and market demand into sharp and compelling messaging, content, sales tools, and campaigns to help us meet our business goals
- Track record of identifying and seizing growth opportunities through integrated marketing campaigns
- Experience in building strong relationships with peers and stakeholders across sales, marketing, product, CS, and more
- Passionate about driving impact through measurable results throughout the sales cycle.
- Very strong communication skills – verbal and writing
- Passionate, self-starter with a can-do attitude
- English - mother tongue level
