We strive to give bar owners real-time insights and a deep understanding of their local market in order to optimize pricing, improve operations, increase revenue and create a one-of-a-kind consumer experience.

WeissBeerger currently has operations throughout North America & South America, Europe, Asia, and Israel.

We are looking for a talented Employer Branding Manager to manage and execute recruitment marketing efforts in Israel.

In this role, you will develop brand marketing campaigns that position WeissBeerger as a great place to work and authentically communicate our unique culture to attract top talents.

This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong global partnership across Recruiting, Marketing, Communications, PR, and external agencies to identify solutions to support recruiting and branding goals.

If you have a track record of building compelling marketing content and have creative ideas that you can resourcefully execute on in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- In charge of implementing the new WeissBeerger branding into the company daily activities
- Strategy and implementation of online and offline campaigns
- Setting up recruiting events
- Consolidate the employee value proposition - define company's inbound perception and image.
- Drive activities to bring our values to life and embeds the employer value proposition throughout the whole employee life-cycle
- Responsible for PR activities to promote WeissBeerger in Israel
- Development and maintenance of Social media channels to increase company brand awareness
- Developing WeissBeerger website and recruiting material
- Lead internal & external employer branding projects and campaigns, from idealization to execution

Requirements

- You have Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- You are a strategic thinker with strong project management skills when it comes to people & culture, employee engagement, communication and marketing within employer branding
- You are flexible and thrive working in fast-paced environments
- You have a passion for diversity, inclusion and belonging
- You get excited about improving and challenging existing processes and ways of working
- You demonstrate experience from developing and evolving global employer brands- a Plus
- Languages: fluent in Hebrew and English
