This role will be based in Tel Aviv

As an  Employee Experience Manager, you will help to shape and grow our company’s culture and take the lead in driving the employee experience, branding and wellbeing.

What will you actually be doing?

- Build a coherent and creative employee experience strategy across the employee life cycle, connecting employees to our brand, our values, and our culture.
- Independently own the design, development and end-to-end execution of all employee experience events. Create a unique and personalized experience for employees.
- Promote and communicate all projects and initiatives to maximize participation and engagement within the company, and strengthen our employer branding presence through external channels.
- Support departmental and team activities and events, such as offsites.
- Lead internal communication initiatives, including company all-hands, happy-hours, newsletters, etc.
- manage strategic programs to drive awareness, attract & engage the best talent, positioning Zoomin as a top tech employer.
- Develop our community responsibility principles and activities
- Build and manage welfare and wellness programs and events from planning to execution, work within the confines of a budget, leveraging the capabilities, skills and passions of Zoomin’s teams and employees
- Building an annual wellbeing plan, which supports and emphasizes employee experience and its implementation at strategic and operational level.

Requirements

- 2+ years proven experience in a similar leading role in a medium-size fast-growth technological start-up, or hi-tech company and with high energy and fast-paced global environment.
- Ability to ramp up quickly, understand Zoomin’s unique culture and proactively tailor the right perspective of employee experience to support it and its development.
- Ability to work independently and take initiatives, while building collaborative relationships with all stakeholders and creating a strong community of passionate volunteers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills - in Hebrew and in English at a high level.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workload. A reliable and patient person, that consistently maintains a professional, helpful, and courteous manner.
- Strong attention to detail.
