Employee Experience Expert

Moon Active is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment to millions of active users across the universe. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv.

We're looking for an Employee Experience Expert to create unique and awesome experiences for our company employees.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute company welfare projects, activities & events end-to-end.
- Develop, create & maintain on-site employee services (i.e - facilities, transportation, etc.).
- Keep up with events, occasions, holidays, and trends to produce relevant company affairs, happy hours, etc.
- Coordinate employer branding events and campaigns to present and preserve Moon Active as a top employer to potential candidates.

REQUIREMENTS

- At least 2 years experience as an Employee Experience Expert.
- Experience in end-to-end execution of large scale welfare activities and events.
- Proven involvement in startups or the High-Tech industry.
- High-level English and Hebrew (verbal and written).
- Process-oriented with excellent communication skills, able to coordinate multiple end-points.
- A creative mindset, ability to deliver under pressure.
- A team player. Working closely with other team members, colleagues and relevant focal points within the company.
