WalkMe is looking for an Employee Care Specialist who is organized and energetic, with super interpersonal skills for our Tel Aviv office, to assist with all administrative and front desk operations.

- Handling front desk reception and administration duties - greeting guests and ensuring visitors receive a heartwarming welcome, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing emails.
- Monitoring office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Administrative assistant supports the Office Manager
- Taking care of projects as assigned (supplies, events, etc.)


- High organizational skills
- Attention to details, dependability/punctuality, multi tasking, thinks outside the box
- Prior customer service skill preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills in Hebrew & English
- Computer fluency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Professional appearance
- Capable of working in a fast pace and demanding environment
- Availability for working in a full time position (divided by shifts Sunday-Thursday 8:00-17:00 or 11:00-20:00 )
