Job Summary

The email marketing manager is responsible for managing the planning and execution of promotional and lifecycle email campaigns in support of GlassesUSA’s customer retention program. Utilizing cross-functional project management skills, this role will ensure that projects remain on schedule, on brand and well executed. As an extension of the marketing team, this role will help shape content strategy and creative briefings for communications across multiple channels.

Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
• Working closely with teams to understand communications in the US market.
• Assisting in the development of marketing calendars, creative briefs and coding documents.
• Responsible for overseeing the life cycle of a campaign.
• Work to convey mailing instructions, deliverables, segmentation, data, and feedback.
• QA of all deliverables to ensure tests are accurate prior to deployment
• Developing high quality and effective marketing materials that align correctly with the overall brand strategy.
• Working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Own your email campaigns and workflow execution with message delivery, email and landing page templates, workflow logic, targeting, and segmentation.
• Build, edit and improve workflows, emails and landing pages including template editing while supporting database and data hygiene improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Required knowledge, skills and abilities
• Experience from a global company - A Must!
• +1 years of relevant experience – content strategy, or hands-on email marketing, or previous experience working as a brand or marketing manager.
• Understanding of email best practices, metrics and associated KPIs.
• Understanding of Microsoft Excel – VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables are the basic.
• Experience with Google Analytics and understanding of web analytic metrics.
• Familiarity with dynamic content, segmentation and data usage.
• Strategic and creative focus, with ability to think out of box.
• Basic understanding of HTML & CSS.
• Strong attention to details.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Position located in Ramat HaChayal, Tel aviv.
