The Distributor Manager will have a Key Account role in East Med Cluster. The incumbent manages distributors in Israel, Palestinian Authority and one direct report.

The main purpose of this role is: Driving sustainable growth for Mars, increasing market share across 4 categories, through customer collaboration, development and implementation of distributor's strategy.

The Distributors Manager is responsible for delivering yearly KPIS, leading and managing the interface with 4 distributors through cross functional collaboration and stakeholders' engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Distributors Channel & Category Leadership
- Responsible to manage all distributors in Israel and Palestinian Authority applying the Mars Inc collaboration standards.
- Lead Distributors channel strategy in line with Mars East Med Cluster strategy.
- Develop Collaborative relationships with customers to execute the strategy.
- Develop and implement customer plans (shared business plan / customer account plan) to drive category growth and increase Mars market share.
- Drive excellence in execution instore based on Mars Standards and Best practices.
- Account Management
- Responsible for robust forecasting and sales estimates through timely feed to the S&OP process with accurate information.
- Responsible for account P&L, understanding key drivers (incl. Review) and handling Trade budget.
- Work cross functionally with supply chain and finance to ensure the order process runs smoothly.
- Negotiate & Implement promotional plans and launch of new products.
