Director Product Manager

As a product director in Attenti, you’ll be responsible for leading product definition and lifecycle management with emphasis on Attenti’s SW platform. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and working closely with R&D to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

- Hands on, ability/experience to lead a small group
- Deep technical understanding in mix HW/SW platform including IoT, mobile applications, UX/UI definitions, command and control platforms , event management.
- Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
- Act as a leader within the company
- Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
- Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
- Manage complete product life cycle
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

· At least 5 – 7 years experience
· Experience as a Product Manager in a small-medium company
· At least 2 years of experience in a technical domain
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer science
· Willingness to travel, required
