What is your mission?

As Director of Employees Services Center, you will be part of the Global Operations department.

You would manage and maintain a series of worldwide services, supporting Employees’ needs in various domains: Worldwide office lease & physical maintenance, New offices establishment or renovation, Employee business travel solutions, Physical safety, Employees’ car leasing services, Food & Supply solutions and more.

You would role model service excellence, lead the deployment of great worldwide solutions and systems, while maintaining efficiency.

- Job Scope
- Manage multidisciplinary team of professionals and team leaders.
- Manage a budget of over 10M$
- Create a wide vision for the Employee Services Center
- Manage company’s facilities in 10 countries, (including new sites opening, existing sites maintenance and upgrade, working with landlords, contractors, service providers and internal stakeholders. )
- Provide administrative services (i.e employees onboarding, refreshments, cleaning services, reception desk etc)
- Manage Traveling services
- Create and maintain global policies across the employee services activity
- Ensure that the outputs of all services practice adhere to the relevant legislative or regulatory requirements, including Health and Safety, Security.

The superpowers we are looking for:

- At least 5 years of experience in leading services-oriented unit on a Global organization.
- At least 6 years of managerial experience
- Proven experience of Budget management
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to lead complex projects: initiation, plans, establishing objectives, assessing risk, cost management, resources and quality.
- Ability to lead global policy creation and enforcement
