What are we looking for?
- We are hiring a high-performing Director of Sales to join our growing sales team. We are looking for an accomplished, quota-carrying sales leader to share their skills, make an immediate impact, and help grow our already outstanding customer base. This role will require the implementation of strategies that will allow the company to grow and scale quickly, while recruiting and leading a high achieving team in New York.

What will you do?
- Lead overall sales process and provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
- Drive large, complex transactions as well as higher cadence transactions, while ensuring consistent and predictable growth and success
- Develop and handle strong relationships within our Enterprise market segment, looking for opportunities to add value for the customer and develop additional revenue
- Negotiate deal terms, pricing, and resolve concerns to close deals
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Run development of sales team including recruiting, hiring and training new reps and fostering a culture of excellence

Requirements

* Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the US *

- Consistent track record of recruiting, developing and retaining high performing enterprise sales organization
- Shown success navigating large organizations and ability to quickly identify the decision makers and decision-making process for high ACV SaaS investments
- 5+ years in demonstrated sales leadership in SaaS enterprise software with a shown track-record of consistently exceeding annual team quotas and performance targets
- Excellent understanding of managing a sales pipeline, including ability to motivate the team to self-create and close– pipeline management and time management skills
- Evidence of ability to adapt to a fast changing environment, international cultures (previous experience with Israeli companies or culture an advantage), and distributed teams
- Tech / Engineering background, in addition to the human and customer-facing skills would be a strong advantage
- Experience working in a growth-stage startup an advantage
