As Spot's Director of Sales for EMEA & APAC your goal is to generate revenue from new customers.

That means that you:
- Own the entire sales cycle - from demand generation, through account planning, deal development, to deal closure.
- Develop plans and strategies for achieving the company’s sales goals.
- Manage teams of Account Executives, Solution Architects, in multiple global sites.
- Hire team members, coach, develop, inspire, and motivate them.
- Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
- Define sales processes that drive desired outcomes and identify opportunities to improve.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
- Spot's Director of Sales should have Extensive experience in building and leading sales teams, track record of consistently hitting sales targets, outstanding people manager, data-driven approach, excellent communicator, technical affinity.


- Minimum 2 years’ experience of successfully leading sales teams at global B2B-focused SaaS (preferably Cloud) companies
- Minimum 5 years’s experience in selling technology products to global technology companies
- Proven track record of consistently hitting sales targets
- Experience leading large global teams of 15+ people
- Proven record of building teams and onboarding new sales reps
- Strong ability to learn new technologies and ramp up quickly
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Strong teamwork AND leadership skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Data-driven and strong analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience at Cloud companies
- Technical degree and/or experience
