What we are looking for:

Director of Product Management: for Network Management and Analytics

What you will do:

Network Analytics PM is actively managing Allot Smart Network Analytics offering, aimed for Telco and Enterprise markets and focusing on Network Visibility, Analytics and Optimization.

The role has an End-to-End sole responsibility and ownership, inbound and outbound interface:

The role involves significant work in supporting Allot's Sales, Presales, Marketing and Customer Success organizations by providing data, guidance and actively participate in RFP responses, PoCs, solution approvals and customers’ interactions.
In addition, the role involves daily work with relevant teams of R&D organization to design and implement product direction (product owner).

Requirements

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant PM experience.
- Deep product background in data and analytics infrastructure.
- Technical understanding of Communication Networks (Mobile/Fixed).
- Technical background in Network Management Systems – advantage.
- Past experience in implementation of Telco Analytics and Management systems.
- Decision maker with strong common sense, driven by data and facts however capable of working with partial available information.
- Has the ability to always see the big picture in mind while reacting to frequent changes and continuously balance present customer needs, R&D capabilities, competitive landscape, and budget constraints.
- Capable of taking end-to-end responsibilities for Product Life Cycle management
- Able to increase the value provided to various peers:
- R&D: for bringing the market and customer perspective to Roadmap decisions, bringing the arguments and design to win the customer, and doing so in a timely manner
- Based in Israel (close to R&D).
