Description

The role will join the EMEA leadership team, reporting into the SVP, International Sales and will be responsible for leading a team of experienced Solution Consultants in the EMEA region to help deliver against targets and ensure successful outcomes for our customers & partners. As the technical partner of sales, this role will partner with the EMEA Staff and act as a technical leader for the EMEA region at WalkMe.

This leadership role is focused on leading and growing this team and directing technical resources and management appropriately. This role will align, define & improve the processes to ensure consistent execution to continue our success through a period of exponential growth – mentoring the team to reach even greater heights. The successful candidate has a proven track record of building and developing technical teams and has worked extensively in the pre-sales technical space. The right candidate has the correct mix of strong communication, business and technical prowess and very importantly, will act and lead by example as a strong customer facing hands-on leader. Responsibilities:
- Design, align & build our team for growth in the EMEA region.
- Drive customer adoption and success by providing oversight, adoption.
- Recommendations, opportunities for greater service.
- Develop and mentor Strategic and Enterprise Solutions Consultants to ensure great outcomes for our customers.
- Managing cross sites team.
- Improve the scalability & efficiency of our technical integration and account management process.
- Communicate proactively with customers and internally, managing risks and issues escalating upwards as needed.
- Solve tricky integration and product questions/issues and coordinate resolutions, including technical troubleshooting of customer issues.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify revenue prospects and opportunities to increase our high value service impact.

Requirements

- 8+ years of technical pre sales experience covering Enterprise IT topics with at least.
- 5+ years experience of people management.
- Strong track record of working in a customer-facing environment and driving strategic deals acting as a technical executive sponsor.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment.
- Superior organizational and management skills.
- Specific experience in Digital Adoption Solution (DAS) concepts preferred but not critical.
- Technical understanding of website structure, SaaS software models, and deployment methods and architecture.
- An understanding of HTML, CSS, and JQUERY- must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate ideas- both technical and non-technical via various mediums.
- Experience in working with various ERP, CRM, HRM Systems.
- Management Consulting or technical consulting experience is an advantage.
- Prior experience in working with customers at all levels, including c-level execs.
- Have a deep understanding of enterprise technologies and business context.
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent.
