We are looking for a creative and data-driven Hands-on Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. If you’re a hands-on, people person, energetic, and an out-of-the-box thinker that wants to be a part of a unicorn in the making, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll do:

- Oversee the delivery of marketing demand and lead generation whilst planning and delivering programs.
- Lead the internal & external marketing resources and proactively seek to optimize demand and revenue growth through content and activities across multiple channels.
- Supervise marketing content creation for market education, brand awareness, sales enablement, and lead generation, including newsletters, email nurture sequences, newsletters, white papers, videos, one-pagers, and case studies.
- Develop, manage, and adapt relevant content for different marketing channels including webinars, events, digital marketing, and social media.
- Optimization of messaging, positioning, content, website, etc.
- Work closely with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategies
- Develop and oversee the content strategy (internal and external) to grow the lead and demand generation

What you have:

- 3+ years of experience in marketing at a startup company
- Demonstrated success in leading growth for a software global B2B Company
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Demonstrated track record of success in managing and developing world-class talents team
- Knowledge and practical experience with digital marketing tools, marketing, funnel & sales management tools (Salesforce and Pardot are a plus)
- Experience with DevOps / Software Engineering Tools - An Advantage
- High level of proficiency in English - A Must
