Description

Skyline AI is looking for a talented Director of Investors Relations who will be leading the process of acquiring investors for Skyline AI’s real estate opportunities and will build and maintain the relationships. The Director of IR will be focusing on private HNW investors and institutional investors in Israel and will also cover global investors opportunities , reporting directly to Skyline AI’s Managing Director of Capital Markets in NYC.

Using a proprietary ensemble of both structured and unstructured machine learning models, Skyline AI produces deep, hyper-accurate predictions regarding any asset in the United States. Responsibilities
- Lead investor acquisition efforts and hands-on real estate fundraising performance for Skyline AI’s investment opportunities meeting tight deadlines and challenging targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Skyline AI’s investors
- Recruit and closely work with a network of a global finders to increase the pipeline of potential investors
- Define business structures and products to fit Skyline AI’s investors needs (private and Institutional investors)
- Report directly to the Managing Director of Capital Markets in NYC

Requirements

- At least 8 years of experience in private and wealth management banking organizations (real estate investments experience in Israel and abroad a plus)
- Exceptional track record in sales and fund raising of financial products and proven ability in exceeding sales targets and building strong relationships, trust and traction with private and institutional investors
- Strong hunter/closer mentality, extraordinary people’s skills, persistent, results-oriented, motivated and a team player Experience in alternative investments and various financial products (a plus)
- BA/BS degree academic in Business, Economics or Finance is required. MBA is preferred or equivalent business experience
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation and analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex financial information to a diverse audience
