Description

What you’ll love about this role:

In this newly-created position, you’ll drive Cynet through its next phase of hyper growth, with responsibility for pipeline and revenue alongside our sales counterparts. Our dynamic and high-energy work environment will invigorate you to achieve big, audacious goals, while our collaborative, family-like culture will make you feel like you belong. This role will provide a unique opportunity to work side-by-side with a small but mighty team of folks that bring a ‘get it done’ mindset. Together, you’ll delight our customers and prospects with innovative and effective programs that drive predictable, measurable outcomes for Cynet.

What you’ll do:

- Drive strategy and execution of integrated campaigns (including PPC, ABM, sponsored webinars, etc.) that communicate our value prop across multiple online channels, including owned and paid. Across our target markets: U.S, UK, Italy & Germany.
- Partner closely with the Director of Product Marketing to develop compelling campaign narratives and supporting content that will inspire the audience and motivate them to take action.
- Develop and execute a strategy to score and nurture leads on HubSpot to ensure that we are boosting lead maturity and maximizing conversion to opportunity.
- Establish KPIs and report on full-funnel metrics and ROI (MQLs, SALs, SQLs, etc). Think upstream and downstream -- ultimately we need to report on marketing’s impact on business outcomes such as pipeline velocity, close rates and ACV.
- Develop rigor around testing, optimization and forecasting to ensure marketing efforts lead to predictable business outcomes and continuous improvement over baselines.
- Collaborate with the SDR team and enable them to maximize lead conversion and pipeline creation by documenting the lead-to-sales process, agreeing on SLAs for lead follow-up, collaborating on call scripts and follow-up protocols and proactively communicating upcoming campaign initiatives.
- Own the tech stack (Hubspot, SFDC, ABM software, etc.) and be able to operate independently in the systems to develop programs, run reports and build dashboards, prioritize database health and growth as the foundation for effective marketing.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years in B2B demand generation & marketing automation (using Hubspot), preferably at a Cyber security company.
- Technical expert; able to operate independently and resolve issues in Hubspot, SFDC and other tools in the tech stack.
- Data-driven doer; able to understand and interpret data, and use insights to optimize campaign performance and inform future actions
- Agile leader; manages conflicting priorities and remains open and flexible in times of uncertainty
- Tenacious problem solver; uses innate curiosity and strong intellect to overcome any challenge
- Strategic thinker; ladders up activities and programs to higher-level business goals
- Skilled collaborator; able to influence and motivate cross-functional team members, even those that don’t report to you
- Exceptional communicator; possesses ability to develop hard-hitting messaging and pithy copy
