What you’ll do:

- Drive strategy and execution of integrated campaigns (including PPC, ABM, sponsored webinars, etc.) that communicate our value prop across multiple online channels, including owned and paid. Across our target markets: U.S, UK, Italy & Germany.
- Partner closely with the Director of Product Marketing to develop compelling campaign narratives and supporting content that will inspire the audience and motivate them to take action.
- Develop and execute a strategy to score and nurture leads on HubSpot to ensure that we are boosting lead maturity and maximizing conversion to opportunity.
- Establish KPIs and report on full-funnel metrics and ROI (MQLs, SALs, SQLs, etc). Think upstream and downstream -- ultimately we need to report on marketing’s impact on business outcomes such as pipeline velocity, close rates and ACV.
- Develop rigor around testing, optimization and forecasting to ensure marketing efforts lead to predictable business outcomes and continuous improvement over baselines.
- Collaborate with the SDR team and enable them to maximize lead conversion and pipeline creation by documenting the lead-to-sales process, agreeing on SLAs for lead follow-up, collaborating on call scripts and follow-up protocols and proactively communicating upcoming campaign initiatives.
- Own the tech stack (Hubspot, SFDC, ABM software, etc.) and be able to operate independently in the systems to develop programs, run reports and build dashboards, prioritize database health and growth as the foundation for effective marketing.


- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years in B2B demand generation & marketing automation (using Hubspot), preferably at a Cyber security company.
- Technical expert; able to operate independently and resolve issues in Hubspot, SFDC and other tools in the tech stack.
- Data-driven doer; able to understand and interpret data, and use insights to optimize campaign performance and inform future actions
