As the Sr. Director of Demand Generation at Cynet, a market leader in providing a comprehensive cybersecurity solution you will own both digital demand generation and field marketing. You will lead an ambitious team of demand generation experts to drive the strategy and execution that will accelerate our growth, generating pipeline and ultimately revenue. You will oversee the planning, development, execution, measurement, and optimization to generate qualified leads of new prospects and from existing customers. You will also partner with sales to accelerate leads through the funnel, meeting quarterly and annual revenue goals

What will you do:

- Build and lead a demand generation center of excellence that includes cross-functional collaboration with product marketing, sales, content, digital marketing, SDRs and customer success to deliver quality opportunities that contribute to our revenue goals.
- Build multi-channel inbound and outbound campaigns that align messaging to the target audience to capture interest and drive demand, including email, paid social, display, paid search, and more.
- Manage and scale a global Field Marketing team to build a team that will support the marketing via field and online events directly or through partners.
- Develop and support Partner channel marketing opportunities to expand the impact of demand generation programs.
- Establish, measure, and report on target KPIs and budgets for demand generation programs and campaigns to ensure spending is allocated to the highest-performing marketing tactics delivering the best ROI.
- Work with key stakeholders to build and optimize Account Based Marketing programs.
- Provide executive-level transparency to demand generation results in weekly, monthly and quarterly views.
- Manage budgets and deliverables of third-party agencies, freelancers and contractors.
- Work with Marketing Operations to define attribution models that inform strategies and select tools and marketing technology to measure, report on, and achieve goals

You are:

- 10+ years of marketing and demand generation experience, with a deep understanding of Inbound, Outbound and Account Based Marketing strategies.
- Proven experience building and scaling demand generation functions for high growth, global B2B SaaS companies specially cybersecurity.
- 3+ years of Experience managing a team of direct reports and outsourced agencies including campaign, operations, marketing automation, paid and digital marketers.
- A love of analytics and a proven track record of analyzing campaign performance and ROI, identifying actionable insights to achieve crucial metrics.
- Experience demonstrating demand generation impact on business results, as well as attribution evaluation and funnel forecasting.
- Creative, and willing to be hands-on. This is both a strategic and a "doing" role with a highly collaborative team
- Deep understanding of Paid and Organic Marketing, including SEM, Social Media, SEO, Display, Video, etc.
- Experience with core marketing technology products, specifically marketing automation, attribution, and ABM tools.
- Experience with Use-Case, Persona-, and Account-Based marketing journeys
- Strong understanding of all relevant acquisition channels, data-driven decision making and effective stakeholder communication.
- Ability to share demand generation results for prior roles in enterprise technology providers including revenue contribution, deal acceleration trends, and collaboration with sales organizations.
- Hand-on experience with SalesForce, HubSpot, Drift, as well as other marketecture relevant to hyper-growth organizations.
- Experience working with leading CMSs such as WordPress, Webflow, etc.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, creative problem-solving abilities, and high communication skills with extreme attention to detail
- Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce and Intercom, as well as with other marketing automation tools
- Strong tracking and analytical skills, working with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and similar
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Education: B.A. or B.S. in marketing or business.
