Description

Graduway, the leading alumni relations and mentoring software provider, is looking for an experienced Director of Demand Generation to own all aspects of our demand generation strategy, from creation to execution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on demand generation and marketing operations experience, be a creative thinker who is results-driven, enjoys complex problem solving and thrives on owning the process from beginning to end.

Our office is based in Ra'anana.

Responsibilities include:
• Develop and implement high impact strategic campaigns and tactical demand generation programs
• Develop communication calendar to support funnel management
• Lead development lifecycle, implementation and prioritization of demand generation programs and strategy
• Define and refine buyer’s journey, and manage and optimize lead scoring and nurture models that align to industry best practices and perform above benchmarks
• Marketing automation management including email and landing page creation
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to generate and deliver valuable leads
• Track, analyze and account for the effectiveness of each demand generation campaign
• Continually optimize marketing performance by deriving insights from campaign data and recommending actionable improvements
• Database maintenance and health checkups – maintain and improve databases, scoring, segmentation and customer loyalty
• Search engine optimization website and social media management

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience managing demand generation programs
• Extensive experience using marketing automation tools (hubspot), Salesforce and web and marketing analytics platforms
• Experience managing lead nurturing campaigns for multiple personas
• Proven success driving complex, cross-functional projects
• Ability to effectively communicate with senior executives
• Ability to build relationships across organizations and handle alternative viewpoints
• Effectively handle changing priorities and additional duties as assigned
• Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and interfacing with all stakeholders at all seniority levels
• A love of analytics and a proven track record of analyzing campaign performance and identifying actionable insights to achieve your key metrics
• High level of attention to detail
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
