Namogoo is hiring as a Director of content who will lead and grow a team of content writers as well as work closely with our creative teams, to create a highly personalized and engaging content journey for our enterprise prospects, throughout the buying cycle.

What You'll Do
- Manage a holistic , highly segmented and personalized content strategy, translating our relevant customer personas into themes and topics
- Ensure all content is consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, video, print and in-person
- Research and contribute creative ideas to support key content goals, such as increasing conversion rates in the sales funnel, growing blog subscribers and LinkedIn followers, growing organic traffic, reducing churn and more
- Manage content distribution to online channels, paid media and social media platforms to increase brand awareness


- 5 years of experience as a respected leader in multi-channel content creation in global tech driven companies
- Experience with creating compelling and personalized messages for different audiences

- Proven editorial skills. Outstanding command of the English language
- Team player, capable of motivating and recruiting peers to support content creation
- Knowledge of ABM, marketing automation (HubSpot), and SEO
- Experience using WordPress
- Experience using Google Analytics and optimizing content (preferred)
