What are some of the things you do on a day-to-day basis?
- Lead and mentor a group of professional and highly capable, HR business partners tasked with providing professional, consultative help to VPs across the Taboola’s global offices
- Cultivate a learning, listening environment supported by an excellent team work that will serve to make them better partners with the groups across the company and provide them with a meaningful career growth experience of their own
- Partner with senior executives and act as their business partner – supporting unique needs and providing a holistic view of groups and challenges.
- Take part in Taboola’s global HR leadership team, to help shape and guide the company’s HR initiative across the various HR fields of expertise
- Establish credibility throughout the organization to be an effective listener and problem solver of people issues.
- Make an impact
- Build a plan to grow hiring ROI by improving onboarding of new employees and extending tenure
- Help define and enable the company’s talent assessment and management techniques to develop core and emerging talents in the teams
- Support a culture of performance management both in the HR org and across Taboola, encouraging the recognition of success and management of non performers
- Work closely with the other functional leaders of the HR leadership group to plan and execute talent acquisition plan, organizational development programs and analytics insights
- Use metrics to track and communicate HR performance to business and HR leaders, refining metrics on an ongoing basis, based on value and applicability

Requirements

- Extensive experience as an HR leader with examples about driving significant improvement, change or initiatives that increased business success (such as org changes or crisis management). Experience supporting tech teams – a must.
- Significant experience leading a team of business partners and proving great mentorship experience
- The ability to quickly develop an in-depth understanding of Taboola’s product, competitive landscape and the unique challenges
Analytical, with strong HR Strategy and business understanding
- Strong advisory skills: 1 on 1 coaching with managers and employees – empathy coupled with practical problem solving and business savviness
- Strong group facilitation skills: team building, offsites and HR related training
- High level of English – a must
