Description

WalkMe is in search for a seasoned professional to lead the Corporate FP&A function. This leader will focus, particularly on driving the Company annual planning and forecast processes, as well as, financial reporting and analysis from Board to department level. The position requires strong communication, planning and modeling skills, with good business sense. It also requires the ability to understand the big picture of the Company’s financial model, while being very detail oriented.

What will you be accountable for?
- Lead the company planning processes for the annual operating plan and short-term forecasts
- Responsible for consolidations of actuals and forecasts; providing deep understanding of drivers and variance analysis
- Deliver BOD packages and functional/departmental level financials
- Manage a team of analysts who business partner with the company’s functional leaders
- Partner with HR to define and manage headcount analysis and reporting
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and CFO on financial planning matters.
- Proactively collaborate, influence, and align the company’s planning processes to achieve the overall company results
- Business owner of company planning and control tool (Adaptive)
- Partner with the accounting team in certain close procedures
- Ad-hoc projects and analysis’

Requirements

- Experience with corporate FP&A with a strong knowledge base of SaaS company finance metrics and concepts is a must
- 5+ Years of managerial experience
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance related field
- Excellent modeling skills; highly proficient in excel
- Familiar with ERP and Financial Planning Tool capabilities; Adaptive Insights experience - a plus
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and finance principles
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Presents ideas and information in a concise, well organized manner
- Works effectively and collaboratively within and across teams
- Identifies business needs and proposed effective solutions
- Strong executive presence and business acumen. Ability to work directly with senior business leaders.

- Meets deadlines, prioritizes appropriately and is flexible
