We’re looking for a Digital Marketing master to create killer campaigns and drive a winning lead generation strategy. To do well in this position, you must be data-driven and lethal with a spreadsheet.

You know how to craft a plan around driving quality traffic that converts, and can execute campaigns across multiple channels like a champion. Responsibilities:

- Develop and lead execution of digital marketing strategy to support accelerated growth

- Implement and optimize cross-platform paid campaigns including LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Twitter

- Develop and launch cross-channel (email, social) ABM campaigns to engage target accounts and nurture leads

- Use Google Analytics, Hotjar and SEMRush to inform A/B testing (landing pages, campaigns), website optimization, user journeys and content

- Optimize HubSpot, improve webpages with automation by converting site traffic through calls-to-action and lead generation content (including lead magnets)

- Ensure ad units and copy and optimized for each channel and creative messaging/CTAs are compelling; understand each channel’s unique requirements

- Build content strategy on social networks to grow our brand identity across our organic social channels

- Mapping customer journeys by analysing touch points along the pipeline

- Analyze and report on inbound activities with relation to pipeline

Requirements

- 2 + years of experience in digital marketing/ performance marketing

- 2+ years of experience in paid search and paid social, including other PPC channels (LinkedIn, Google, Twitter, YouTube)

- Experience with B2B ad, email and social campaigns

- Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems, like Salesforce and HubSpot, as well as leveraging buyer intent

- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

- Highly organized, motivated and a self-starter (you know what to do without guidance or instruction).

- A data-driven approach to decision-making with an insatiable desire to achieve results.

- Familiarity with SEO-related terms and processes

- Fluent English speaker able to develop compelling ad copy to drive conversions- Must
