Description

In this role, you will be managing Rookout’s paid digital presence. You’ll be deeply immersed in dev culture; hanging out where people who build tomorrow’s software learn, share and exchange ideas. This role is about community - understanding what makes developers tick, how they find and share new technologies, and building a dialog around Rookout’s revolutionary vision and brand.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, social network advertising and email marketing
- Manage keywords, target audience and write engaging texts to accompany posts, using A/B testing to optimize performance
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against KPIs.

Requirements

- You’re Fun, optimistic, love technology and nerding out. You love people and know how to get them to care about your brand.
- You have a min. of 2 years end-to-end digital advertising experience - from message shaping through implementation and performance analysis.
- You have a deep understanding of Google, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, LinkedIn and Instagram strategies, and are constantly updated of the twists and turns the digital marketing world experiences
- You live and breathe analytics, and have experience with a variety of analytics software
- Your writing is sassy, classy and a little smart assy 🙂
- You’re a bit of everything - creative and analytical, a team player but also able to work independently.
- You’re a stickler for details - in fact add an emoji of a bird to your CV if you read this far;
- You’re looking to work in a cool startup, where your hard work has a huge impact
- Experience with software/coding/dev/devops - a huge plus
