HiredScore's Artificial Intelligence Engine uses past company hiring data, global hiring data, and other data sources, including labor market data, employee performance data, and CRM data, to revolutionize the end-to-end recruiting workflow as well as integrate seamlessly with other HR Systems such as chatbots, assessment tests, video interviews, and other automation tools. HiredScore's mission is to bring data science into the Human Resources domain.

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Team Leader to drive and mentor a team of highly talented and independent Full Stack Engineers, working in a truly Agile environment where code is deployed several times a day, focused on quality and utilizing cutting-edge technologies.

You will have full responsibility for planning the team’s iterations in an Agile environment, work closely with the team’s PM and other stakeholders

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead, develop and mentor a team of talented, Full-Stack, and QA engineers
- Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Help us translate product/business needs into the perfect tooling & architecture for our needs while focusing on developer experience scale and quality
- Drive the team to work efficiently and consistently following an Agile methodology (Sprint planning, daily standups, retrospective meetings, etc.)
- Identify technical debt and challenges and drive the team to reduce them
- Be an individual contributor with at least 50% hands-on work
- Work collaboratively across disciplines with Product Managers, UX designers, QA engineers, and developers
- Write an opinionated architecture from react components to resolving microservices endpoints, via local state management & GraphQL API
- Write a testable slick responsive application while focusing on fun developer experience
- Express yourself and bring your personal experience & knowledge into an agile diverse team (we’re counting on the amazing people to help us grow & adapt)

Requirements

- At least 3 years experience in managing teams of 3+ members
- At least 4 years of experience in coding in modern/large web application technologies (Node.js/ Python)
- At least 2 years of experience in ES6 and higherTypeScript and modern JS frameworks (React/Angular 2+/Vue)
- Experience in building architecture focused on quality (SOLID, Tests, Separation of Concerns, etc.)
- Familiar with relational or/and big-data databases e.g. PostgreSQL or MongoDB or Elasticsearch.
- Diverse skills in different fields of coding/tech (BackEnd, FrontEnd, Databases, Scripting, TechOps, etc.)
- Knowledge in system architecture, design, and building for scale.
- A passion for tech and solving complex problems.
- Can-do attitude, highly motivated, highly effective working independently, and an ambitious team player.
