This role is tailor-made for a proactive individual who effortlessly anticipates the needs of others, navigates challenges with ease, and upholds the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality. As a part of our global team, you'll embrace the need for flexibility in your schedule, ensuring alignment with our international operations, especially if you're joining us from Israel with commitments to sync with both the East and West coasts of the U.S. for a few hours each day.

The ideal candidate is not just any self-starter, but a visionary thinker who flourishes in the fast-paced whirlwind of a thriving environment. You’re a strategic planner, an inventive problem-solver, and a master at keeping the sails steady and the compass calibrated amidst a sea of projects and priorities. As our Development Associate, you'll be the driving force behind new fundraising initiatives and strengthening donor connections, pushing our philanthropic boundaries ever forward. Reporting to the Vice President of Development, you will be a pivotal player in our mission’s success and growth.

What You’ll Do:

- Provide comprehensive operational support including scheduling, travel arrangements, correspondence, and expense management.
- Act as a central liaison for the Senior Fundraisers, managing critical and confidential communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Enhance donor relations through meticulous coordination of fundraising trips, communications, and research to cultivate and prioritize potential leads.
- Project manage donor Zoom calls and fundraising events; including event logistics, recruitment and follow up.
- Drive innovation in fundraising and donor management through research, strategic development, and implementation of new initiatives.
- Oversee donor data management, including tracking and analysis, to support targeted fundraising efforts and lead development.
- Manage and write donor communications and development writing such as emails, updates, proposals, grants, reports, event invitations, and follow-up communications. Collaborate with the graphics team to ensure efficient editing and adherence to deadlines.
