Description

We’re doing amazing things at ironSource engineering, and we want the tech community to know about it. 

We’re looking for a passionate developer community manager to join our team and lead our efforts in increasing the voice of our tech brand and manage all developer community communications.

You’ll work with people across the organization including our engineering, marketing, and HR teams to promote strategies that create brand awareness and build our reputation as a strong and leading tech company.

Role:

- Build the ironSource tech brand from the ground-up, including strategy and yearly plan
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
- Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency
- Plan and execute ironSource Technology’s activities, both online and offline - including hackathons, meetups, online events, tech blog, podcasts and conferences.
- Create partnerships and collaborate with other tech companies and tech communities, organize events together and take an active part in the high-tech ecosystem
- Motivate, prepare, and guide ironSource engineers and leaders in building their own personal brand. Engage ironSource’s engineers and create opportunities for them to speak at meetups, contribute to thought leadership  articles, YouTube videos, global conferences, blogs, podcasts, and open source

Requirements

- Proven work experience as a community manager
- Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. creating a podcast, launching a tech ambassadors program, creating an event series, writing email newsletters)
- Previous technical experience
- Experience in creating social media content: blog posts, guides, promotional articles
- Have a clear data-driven approach to community building, including understanding how to measure the health and success of a developer community
- The ability to effectively communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences with ease
- Creativity, resourcefulness, and persistence to drive towards outcomes while navigating a dynamic environment
