Design Lead will be responsible for the experience, design language and branding of a product suite which will be used by internal teams all over the world. You will set up the infrastructure of everything design from helping the team adopt design thinking all the way to identifying the proper charts for data visualization. You will also lead the way on creative initiatives like the visual language around internal and external marketing of the team. Our ideal candidate has worked with data-focused teams and is excited about making insights available to everyone in the most accessible way.

You will be reporting to the Director of Product and will be based in NY, but will be working with Product Managers in India, Brazil, and Israel. Currently, the position is an individual contributor role with the possibility of team expansion.

What you’ll do:

- Build a design system with reusable components used across all teams.
- Create a UX framework and help
- Lead rebranding and marketing initiatives.
- Understand user needs across the organization to help PMs define the best possible products.

Requirements

- Specialization in Data visualization and complex workflows.
- Experience creating marketing materials for technology tools.
- A love for actively designing, but the personality to lead change from within.
- A preference for self-direction and self-motivation. This is a proactive role, not reactive.
- An ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time.
