Perimeter 81 is seeking an experienced B2B Demand Generation Manager to join our Demand Generation team. In this role you will develop, expand and execute our B2B demand generation strategy and engage in activities such as brand awareness and lead generation campaigns. You will oversee the entire lead-nurturing journey in order to deliver sales-ready leads across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, independent and reliable with a strong track record of driving leads and revenue for B2B companies. This position requires extensive collaboration with the acquisition, corporate marketing, sales and product teams, and requires advanced knowledge of the following in a B2B context:

- Running PPC and CPM campaigns: Linkedin, Google Display, Youtube etc.
- Running and measuring ABM and brand awareness campaigns across multiple platforms
- Execution of lead acquisition programs (on a CPL basis)
- High level understanding of lead nurturing programs

- Develop integrated, paid and organic, multi-channel global demand generation programs that significantly increase inbound lead generation and overall revenue growth
- Develop and execute demand generation initiatives to boost our brand awareness
- Plan and execute our ABM and intent marketing strategy
- Initiate, execute and measure lead acquisition programs (CPL) that drive the creation of sales-ready leads
- Hands on day-to-day management and ownership of several paid media channels (CPC, CPM and CPL basis)
- Analyze campaign results in detail, deliver insights and improvements
- Ensure that acquired leads receive an efficient and effective lead nurturing program
- Work with other marketing and product teams to develop and promote marketing materials that drive awareness and interest in our solution


- 3+ years’ experience in developing and executing online demand generation activities with B2B/SaaS organizations - A must
- 2+ years’ experience managing hands-on PPC and CPM campaigns - A must
- At least one year of experience running intent marketing campaigns
- Proven record of running lead acquisition (CPL) campaigns resulting in positive ROI
- Tech-savvy with experience of using the latest demand-gen tools, B2B ad platforms, intent and ABM marketing platforms
- Proven record in running successful paid brand awareness campaigns
- Proven experience marketing to technology audiences
- Strong analytical capability, specifically around program measurement and ROI
- Strong project management skills with superb attention to detail
- An evangelist, data-driven, and growth-oriented personality
- Autodidact, constantly trying to learn best practices and growth strategies via research, learn about the largest opportunities to impact core business metrics
- English - high proficiency level - A must
- B.A or B.Sc degree in a relevant field
