Description
Interai is looking for a self-driven, creative, and passionate B2B Demand Generation Manager to lead our Demand Generation efforts.
The role is hands-on and will include various marketing aspects:
- Demand generation
- Marketing operations
- Social media & SEO/SEM campaigns
The Demand Generation Manager will lead all Demand Generation activities execution, will measure, optimize and report on the progress and success of lead generation activities & campaigns.
The role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks and service providers and requires the ability to coordinate and execute successfully according to plan.
Responsibilities
- Build a marketing lead generation engine to support the overall company goals
- Manage budgets & vendor management
- Plan & execute quarterly Demand Generation plans in line with our business targets
- Work closely with the sales team to build the inbound sales efforts
- Deep understanding of our platform and its benefits
- Communicate feedback and share insights and best practices internally
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a B2B marketing position
- Lead generation and campaign management
- Experience working in a start-up environment
- Self-starter approach with an eagerness to take responsibility
- Analytical skills
- Highly motivated and self-driven personality
- English mother tongue level – Advantage | Full proficiency – a must
- Background in products in areas of deep tech, Application platforms, CRM tools, selling to Sales and Customer Service – Advantage
- Background in selling to B2C companies, e.g. eCommerce, Fintech – Advantage
