- Monitoring social media discourse and trends
- Researching the digital environment e.g. competitors, audience, products.
- Facilitating development of social media campaign strategies.
- Defining, analyzing, and visually presenting Key Performance Indicators.


- You’re talented, enthusiastic and fully committed to playing a major role in driving success as part of our team.
- Experience with BI systems (e.g. Tableau, QlikView, Power BI)
- Excel proficiency (knowledge of chart-building, data correlation and advanced analysis)
- Knowledgeable in any social media listening platform (e.g. Crimson Hexagon, Sisomos, Radian6, Mention)
- English proficiency (writing, reading, and spoken)
